While I have been enjoying photography for about six years, which is a relatively short time, I’ve been a picture framer since 1975.

Throughout my career I have worked with various artist and clients allowing me to be around many different forms and styles of artwork. From my perspective the defining line between craftsman and artist has never been distinct. There is a certain element of craftsmanship in all artistry and a degree artistry in all craftsmanship. I approach my photography with these same thoughts. I spend a lot of time outdoors, often with my digital camera in hand, enjoying everything from my backyard in my current home town of Richardson Texas, to my childhood home near the Wichita mountains in Oklahoma.
